Main objective
Development / Engagement
oneBank aims to revolutionize the banking experience by providing users with a unified platform to manage their finances seamlessly. The primary goals were to consolidate various bank accounts into a single app, enhance efficiency by enabling bill payments and fund transfers within the same interface, and prioritize security.
User Research & Discovery
We conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
to identify pain points and gather insights. Key findings
included users’ desire for simplicity and convenience, as
well as their paramount concern for security. We also
performed a competitor analysis, studying existing banking
apps to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Most apps lacked seamless integration across accounts,
which we aimed to address.
Wireframes & Prototypes
We developed detailed wireframes to simulate the app’s
behavior, enabling us to test interactions and collect
valuable feedback. These wireframes served as the
foundation for our design. Additionally, we created
clickable mockups using tools like Figma, allowing users
to navigate through screens as if they were using the
actual app. Furthermore, we conducted user testing with a
sample of potential users, refining the design based on
their valuable input.
Guiding Our approach
Upon login, users see Unified Dashboard; an overview of
all linked accounts, recent transactions, and upcoming
bills. This consolidated view simplifies financial
management. We also made the navigation intuitive with
clear tabs guide users to account details, transactions,
bill payments, and settings. We prioritized ease of use.
Also Users can customize their dashboard layout based on
their preferences.
A.I. powered financial assistant
Designing an intuitive in-app AI assistant involves addressing key credit card tasks. Users can apply for new cards, dispute payments, and lock lost cards—all through a single interface. Real-time access to transaction history enhances insights. Prioritize security and seamless interactions for successful adoption.
User feedback has been Positive
Users appreciate the consolidated view and ease of use.
Trust in the app’s security measures has increased.
Metrics show improved engagement and reduced support
queries related to account management. In conclusion, the
oneBank app successfully combines convenience, security,
and efficiency. By prioritizing user needs and robust
security practices, we’ve created a banking app that users
can trust.
